This car is the latest compact small car that being produced by Mitsubishi Motors. This car name is Mitsubishi I (Pronounced as the letter 'I'), in fact the smallest car that Mitsubishi Motors has produced.
Simple yet Stylish
Sweet Curves
This car was specially made for city movement, and easy handling. Eventhough this car is small, don't be surprised when MyPerodua told you that it is powered by Mitsubishi's 12 valve DOHC MIVEC engine! (if you want more power, there is also 12 valve DOHC MIVEC Turbo engine).
Let's check it's styling.. The car is compact, nice curves, nice tyres, lights.. it looks just like what a car designer would have drawn first on the idea paper. Marvellous. Notice it's single front wiper.. nice style.
Followings are Mitsubishi I's spec.

from the link provide by mobilo, the 1st image shows some engine like compartment located at the back. Wow.. this one really back to "VW Bees" design. Now is the car a Front wheel drive or Rear wheel drive?

The i was released at Singapore last August. From the article issued by Motoring magazine, the i is powered by midship rear engine. The front bonnet only consist several automotive part such as windscreen water tank, etc. Only few goodies can be store at the front bonnet because of small space. The exterior dimension on i is close to Perodua Viva 660cc but the i got more Power & Torque compared to Viva.

Projason, dun worry if u sit at the rear sit. the i fuel tank is designed on flat level character same as Honda City. Their technology to remove the hot air from the engine is good enough to ensure that your B out of fire...

whoa.. that's great. thanks mobilo for the info.. still couldn't imaging how they managed to put such engine at the back. i think they're afraid to put the engine in front which will lift their rear tyre everytime the car brakes! thinking of it again, this might be a good car to own..
btw, does SMART put their engines at the back too?

wonder will they have any trouble when replace any engine parts or consumable parts, if break down, i think you won't able to know what's wrong or can't hand on with it. i think the most concern when design/built this car is heat and sound isolation for the engine compartment, you will sure piss if engine sound very loud rite. and what's good for this car is weight well balance, ratio of 45:55 ! is very near to City.
