I'm a very happy to receive my new Alza on 20-08-2010. I buy the premium auto version which cost me RM64K for a piece of junk. What happen during the received of the car?......
1. Paint had chip mark (3 place)
2. Paint repair mark on the side panel on front
3. Bumper not fix properly (have gap around 2mm)[/font]

This is what i get from buying a car from Perodua which claim to be superior in quality compare with Proton.
I really regretted buying Alza as the quality is not much different from proton.
Anyone which encountered the same problem as mine when receive the new car. What would you think buying a new car is not much different from buying a 2nd hand value car.
I already complaint to the sales center and they said it can be only be "REPAIR". WTF a new car need to be repair.......
I advice all the potential customer which need a new car for Raya or else should be thinking twice or more before decided to purchase a car from the Junk Perodua.
CAR ONE MOMENT , REPAIRING IS THE NEXT = Perodua New Slogan for Alza

Malaysian car not mention perodua or proton is sucks. All the problem directly complaint to the manufacturer will not response by the them. It is because malaysian car manufacturer concept is suck the malaysian people money. Meanwhile not only unable to provide a quality car then how suppose could provide a quality after sales service....Buying malaysian made car is like once you buy then you die (die from low class service)
This is what i get from the Perodua when forward a complaint towards them. Only will ask you to wait for their investigation and delay your precious time to follow up on their low class service.
Could said like being treated like a fool when deal with the Perodua customer service department.
Conclusion :
To avoid problem occurs due to the manufacturer defect during the receiving your new car please insist this few step.
1. First before registry your new car at JPJ, make sure you check for your car details on the paint , interior and engine compartment . This process is avoided by the sales personal as it will create a problem for them as if any defect detected during that time they shall bear all the responsibility.
2. No acceptance of the car before final inspection (Do not sign any document as requested by the sales person). Once you sign consider you accept the car without any defect and later complaint shall be treated as a fool to you. Even if bring to court also will lose as who ask you to sign the document before you inspection on the car. Read the term and condition. Very important.
3. know your right as a customer.

Don;t become a victim of the damn malaysian car manufacturer which play fool around us.

Agree with Chan. It is a nightmare to buy P2 car at the moment. HQ Customer service also dun help much after complaining. P2 already follow the P1 movement.

I have been to many service centres but never faced any issues with them. they are friendly and responsible. Try going to PSSB Subang Airport or PSSB USJ 1 and they will be able to assist you for free.

Even Toyota has recalls and issues, if I list down all makes that had recalls and issues, it will take you days to read. My point is, dun just blame the manufacturer. You must have some give and take.

My Alza has not let me down. 4 services in 10 months with 25,000 km clocked in just 0 months. I drive an average 1100km every 2 weeks.
