 This is my bad experience of purchasing a new Perodua Alza Ezi full specs recently:
1. I ordered a Perodua through a Perodua branch in my hometown on the Saturday before the car was launched.
2. Before the arrival of the car, I was informed to pay the money.
3. When the the money was paid on 18 Jan., 2010, the car was immediately registered. Only after the registration that I was shown my car. The rear door was found to be dented!
4. I was requested to accept the car as it was registered under my name.
5. I refused to accept the car. So the car was kept in the local Perodua room till 23th Jan., 2010.
6. On 23rd Jan., 2010, I was advised to drive the car to the Ipoh Jalan Kuala Kangsar branch for repair. This wasted my time and money on petrol and tol as this service centre is more than 70 km away from my hometown. Moreover mine is a repaired car!
7. I took delivery of the car on 25 Feb., 2010 . Soon found that  one small front light bulb inside the left Headlamp was not mounted and the cable is tangling by the side. This was witnessed by the salesman through whom I booked the car.
8. I had lodge a report through the branch from whom I bought the car. I am still waiting for a reply from Perodua. 
9. Till now I am still unsure whethere some other components are missing from my car as I am a layman. 
In my opinion, I am getting a bad deal from Perodua.  I think Perodua owes me an explanation.

Just can say bad luck.which brand are no probem?actually u can check your car before register,bro. Roll Eyes Roll Eyes

I don't agree with bad luck.  It is just bad quality control and bad customer service! The agent had already registered my car before showing me the car,  so should I reject it after the the money fully paid and registration done?  Will Perodua exchange for me a new car?
Anyway,  buyer like me is a loser.  But Perodua will be a bigger loser in the END if no quick action is taken to rectified the weaknesses which will do an anti promotion for the company's cars.

After using the car for a month, I am really disappointed with its quality.  The ineterior part of the car gives out hell a lot of noise (due to vibration) while on the road.  The head rests are flimsy and the rear seat gives out rattling sound while travelling on the road. I really feel shy to have used this car to carried friends and relatives around during this Chinese New Year!
The service station which I had gone to for my first service was also poorly equiped.  It had no stock of the small lamp that was missing from my car for which I had reported earlier while taking possesion of the car. 
What should I say about Perodua Alza, Bad Quality and Bad Service?  Is that PERODUA? Sad

MY GOODNESS!!!
test drive the car on Friday..it was quite smooth actually but of cos they must have done something with the car so that it looks and sounds good!
i was actually going to order it on Sat when the sales rep told me that they have ready stock on hand!
pay RM500 booking and get the car on Monday!
after reading this, i think it's worth thinking twice and start comparing it with Proton Exora..
